Cancellation Policy
Within 14 Days: Should you wish to cancel the order, you must confirm by writing to info@hii-life.com within 14 days of placing the deposit. The full deposit will be refunded to you.
After 14 Days: If you wish to cancel the order after 14 days, your deposit is non-refundable.
Changes to the Order: Any changes to the order must be requested in writing and are subject to our approval. Additional charges may apply.
Deposit Forfeiture: If the balance is not paid and the goods are not collected within 12 months (or as otherwise agreed), the deposit will be forfeited, and the goods will be released back into stock.
