Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

• Standard Delivery (1-3 Business Days) - FREE

When your order has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking code.

Heavy & Large Items

For heavy and large items we offer additional shipping options:

• Doorstep Delivery (5-7 Business Days) - FREE
• Dedicated Room Delivery (Downstairs) & Packaging Disposal (5-7 Business Days) - £25.00
• Dedicated Room Delivery (Upstairs) & Packaging Disposal (5-7 Business Days) - £50.00

We will contact you directly to book in your delivery slot within 72 working hours

Due to the size & weight of the item please make us aware if your property has any access difficulties we need to be aware of prior to delivery

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Currently we only offer deliveries to UK mainland (England, Wales, and Scotland).
